Modern Arabic Tent

This tent was displayed in one of the malls of Dubai during theHolly Month of Ramadan. It is not a typical Arabic tent, but a modern commercialized one. The mix between the cultures is very interesting in the Arab world - in the glitziest Shopping Mall you may bump in a tent. And as hospitality is an etiquette, most probably you will be offered a cup of traditional Arabic coffee. Coffee is usually served with dates and the largest selection of dates you may find at Bateel

Hi ,
the tents are available with many suppliers as they are part of life in the Middle East. It depends on the size and the purpose. There are smaller and bigger, fabrik or acrylic. The one on the picture is for promotional purposes and in particular to promote Islam during the Ramadan. The Arab society uses mostlly 2 kind of tents: small ones 3 x 4 meter or 4 x 4 meter Pakistani tents and big party tents between 5 x 6 meter up to 100 x 30 meter. The Pakistani tents range between 150 and 800 US $.The party tents are from 2000 US $ onwards depends on the size and the material.
What are you looking for? Something to surprise your guests in the back yard during the ''winter'' season or planning a themed party?

Hi again ,

Something more or less for our personal use for relaxation ,coffee ,tv and reading a book , maybe at times gathering with few friends.I guess outside in the summer it will fade out in the soring heat unless it`s indoors.

Maybe you need just few colorful Arabic coushions, small tables and and cotton rugs to create atmosphere. And if you want to do it indoors, this may be the solution. The tents are taking space. The smallest one is 2 x 3 meter.
